Trip to Siesta Key, Fl. Vacances en Floride

What a treat: staying in a rented house with friends from Chicago (our good buddy Evan!). Hitting the beach, ice cream downtown, dog races tomorrow, boat tour the day after, where we should see dolphins, manatees and wild birds, learning to recognize palm trees, eating sea food and alligator! Getting lots of sunshine in the middle of winter. Well deserved rest for Papa and Mama. It's good to have two well behaved boys who make the trip a lot easier. Plage, soleil, sable blanc fin comme du sucre glace, glaces daiquiris et margaritas en centre-ville, on a même goûté de l'alligator.Demain courses de lévriers, puis tour en bateau où il est prévu de voir dauphins, lamentins et oiseaux sauvages. Super de prendre le soleil au milieu de l'hiver de Chicago et nos deux grands rendent les choses plus faciles en se comportant comme de grands.
